Free shipping on orders over $50.00 *US ONLY*

Product is shipped within ​2-3 business days upon receipt of order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
DOMESTIC RETURNS ​

If you are unsatisfied with your syllybeauty.com purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of your original purchase date. We’ll begin to process your return as soon as we receive it. Please note, it can take
3-14 business days for the refund to appear.

We can not offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.
​
Sylly Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Sylly Beauty in all instances.
​
Sylly Beauty only offers refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order.
​
Any items that are not returned per the above guidelines will not be refunded.
​
Purchases of items on sale or purchased with a promotional code cannot be returned or refunded.
​
Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
​
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and restocking.
​
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sylly Beauty recommends sending your return via tracked post as Sylly Beauty accepts no liability for any items lost in transit.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing from your order, please reach out to customerservice@syllybeauty.com. Include your order number, first & last name, & shipping address along with a photo/video of the item you are experiencing issues with and any additional details/information.
